Class Information
CCF is proud to present a class detailing the ins and outs of organ donation entitled, Organ & Tissue Donation Today! Your Piece of the Puzzle, and is currently offered to anyone interested in attending. This class qualifies for 6 CEUs/Contact Hours for Social Workers and Funeral Directors/Embalmers. The fee is $75.00 per participant, $125.00 for 2 participants, or $150.00 for 3 participants - Participants must register at same time.

All class times are from 8:00am to 4:30pm and include a Continental Breakfast, two 15 minute breaks, and an hour Lunch provided by CCF. Classes will be held at the Cuyahoga County Coroners Office in the "Adelson Conference Room" at 11001 Cedar Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio. Parking is FREE.

Class Outcomes
Class participants will be provided with up-to-date information regarding organ and tissue donation, transplantation, religious beliefs, and the Ohio Donor Registry.
Attendance
Class participants must attend the complete offering and meet the program objectives to be eligible for contact hours or continuing education hours/units, and will receive a certificate at the end of the class.
Refunds & Substitutions
If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, you may cancel up to seven days prior to the start of the class. After that, NO refunds will be issued. You may however, apply that fee toward another class that meets your scheduling requirements or you may choose a gift certificate in the amount of the class fee to use within one year of the date issued. Please note that if you don't cancel, and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment.
